After a number of short-term extensions, the national flood insurance program is set to expire once again – this time on July 31. That’s why the program’s renewal is so high on the list of legions of agents and brokers who lobbied Congress on April 19 as part of the annual Big “I” Legislative Conference in Washington D.C.
