High on their list as they lobbied Congress this year: Flood insurance renewal and reform, crop insurance renewal, implementation of tax reform and cyber security, among other issues. Charles Symington, senior vice president of External industry and Government Affairs for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, explained what’s at stake, during an interview with Carrier Management Editor Mark Hollmer.
