A Jersey crime background right out of a movie, we have Larry Lawton. Larry's business started when a friend asked him to talk to his son after catching him smoking some dope. After a "real" discussion with the boy - not the scare treatment, just the real story - father and son turned things around. After that he was asked by a judge to talk to other young people who were at risk, and that was the beginning of the number one program in the US to help youth. The only ex-con was sworn in as an honorary police officer, and is the only ex-felon recognized on the floor of the US Congress. Larry's story is amazing, just like his transformation and his business.
