	Description:		In the heart of the Touraine countryside, in France's Loire Valley, old mechanical wind turbines are being dismantled from their masts to be restored. These turbines are known as éoliennes Bollée – named after their inventor, Ernest-Sylvain Bollée. In the 19th century, they were used to pump water from the ground. Today, they're being given a new lease of life, thanks to retired aeronautical engineer Jean-Claude Pestel and other enthusiasts in the region. We take a closer look.
