The first dealt with whether the owner of the wall and tree would be liable for damages without a warning from בית דין. It stems from a מחלוקת in a גירסא, but we also dealt with a potential difficulty מסברא as well. In the next Tosfos, we looked into how our a potential conflict with the case of מפקיר נזקיו בנפילת אונס from כט ע״א, and discussed the significance of being מפקיר a תקלה in terms of one's liability.
