	Description:		He's arguably the individual with the single most influence over the global economy. He is Jerome Powell, the Chair of the US central bank, the Federal Reserve and he has just given his first broadcast interview since taking over the job in February. The US economy is purring along at the moment - unemployment is at its lowest level for years and inflation is pretty close to the central bank's target of 2%.
