And Paul Levy, senior researcher at Brighton Business School considers the role technology can play in helping to cut carbon emissions. Also in the programme, there have been riots in cities in South Africa over recent days. The BBC's Milton Nkosi in Johannesburg tells us that many of the businesses targeted in looting are foreign owned. Plus the British pound has touched a three year low against the dollar as British members of parliament seek to legislate to prevent a no-deal Brexit.
