Description: India's finance minister Piyush Goyal has unveiled a budget which aims to help farmers. The BBC's Sameer Hashmi in Mumbai tells us how the spending plans have been received. Also in the programme, a new trade agreement between Japan and the European Union has come into effect. Masako Eguchi-Bacon, managing director of Oceanbridge Management, which links businesses in the UK and Japan, explains the impact the deal is likely to have. And we get the perspective of Japan's ambassador to the EU, Kazuo Kodama. The campaign group Time's Up says that just 4% of the past decade's most successful films were directed by women. Anna Thompson is vice-chair of Directors UK, and discusses what could be done to increase the figure. Plus we look back at the rest of the week's big business headlines with Charlie Wells of The Economist in London, and Michael Regan of Bloomberg in New York.
