	Description:		Steve Grzanich has the business news of the day with the Wintrust Business Minute. Chicago area home prices are rising faster than other major cities. Single-family home values rose 4.6% in May on the latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index. The increase is the biggest of any of the 20 cities listed on the index. Last year at this time, Chicago was 18th. Cleveland is second on the index with a 3.9% increase followed by New York at 3.5% and then Miami at 3.4%. Nationwide, home prices dipped 0.5% in May. Also, layoffs are underway at the largest locally headquartered bank in Chicago. Listen for more below:
