	Description:		On July 18th, Texas' congress will start a Special Session. Because they are just as inefficient as the US congress. And they can't get to a vote on bills during the regular session. And apparently tree regulations are an emergency that can't wait until 2019. And Greg Abbott is bad at this whole "governor" thing. And Dan Patrick is bad at his job too. So David Rohde & Maxx Eckert go through the list of what Abbott wants to address in the special session, and (spoiler alert) they aren't happy about the agenda.
