He made the announcement in a video posted on X on Sunday, just two days before the New Hampshire primary. Because of his exit, all eyes will be Donald Trump and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley in Tuesday’s primary. Democrats will also go out to vote, even though President Joe Biden will actually not be on the ballot this year.
