On The Legislature This Week, House Finance leaders Del. Vernon Criss, R-Wood, and Del. John Williams, D-Monongalia, provide us with some insight into the state budget process. We also hear about lawmakers’ ideas to change local elections from ballot deadlines to criminal penalties.
We’ll hear about a bill restricting abortion medication in the Senate. And we’ll also get a look at some education bills about discipline and administration, as well as some legislation around foster care.
