Will this be the new big thing, or just another annoyance for the viewer? We have a new segment: This Week's Villain. Nintendo has been up to no good again. They filed a cease and desist order against The Big House, a giant Smash Bros tournament. They are also filing DMCA take-downs on Twitch to people playing Age of Calamity early, even though the game is released in some parts of the world. They have also announced some changes to how islands can be used for brands in Animal Crossing. Why do they keep treating the people that love their products with disdain? We talk about this year's Game of the Year nominees. They're all good, but is this even a good year for games compared to years past? This week's Hot Take is a bit weird. During Twitch Rivals, xQc was stream sniping his opponents in Fall Guys. GrandPooBear was on his team, and most of that team has been banned from Twitch Rivals for 6 months and suspended on Twitch for a week. Is that too hard a penalty, or not harsh enough?
