This symposium started with a keynote lecture by Dr Valentin Inzko, High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 'Art and Power'. Bio: Dr Valentin Inzko is an Austrian diplomat currently serving as the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, a role which he assumed in 2009.
