	Description:		The UK jobs market is cooling at its fastest pace in months, according to two major reports out this morning from KPMG and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. The data shows permanent and temporary job placements continuing to fall, vacancies dropping at the quickest rate since April, and the number of people available for work rising sharply - one of the highest increases since records began.
