Virtual Citizens is a pop culture podcast, as the parlance goes, from a pop culture generation, with each episode taking in the trappings of modern media and pop culture in odd angles. From its genesis in the post-war gloom to the neo-noir apex, let's all take a dive into gravelly monologues, labyrinthine plots and try to find a way out with some sense of clarity.
