Quote: Overthinking and being stuck

2 things to listen for:  1st, he says Mental toughness is not about the setback it’s about the comeback and 2nd, he says the last 10% of your ability is mental and it unlocks the first 90% which is physical…and he goes into detail about that concept.

Scenario: He gives some important coaching points for a golfer that missed a putt on the previous hole to stay focused and aggressive.

Training Round: He gives a wonderful technique to unite and refocus your team after a bad play, and he discusses a technique called, ‘call your shot’ which helps you stay aggressive and helps you commit.
