Bea Arthur, the founder and CEO of InYourCornerOnline.com, shares what it was like to launch a startup as a woman of color, and NYSCF CEO and co-founder, Susan Solomon gives us her take on women in the science and tech fields, as well as the importance of finding a sponsor.
