And while there are some encouraging signs that more females are becoming engineers, those gains have been offset by a steady exodus of women from the profession. On this edition of UWM Today, we’re going to find out why. Two UWM researchers have interviewed thousands of engineers around the country – both women and men - and what they learned may surprise you.
