Description: Oil and gas exploration in Texas is booming, and the Texas economy is beginning to boom as well. On the flip side is that little of the revenue being generated from the boom is being returned to those responsible for maintaining the rural roadways that support petrochemical exploration. And as State Senator Glenn Hegar, a member of the Senate Committee on Finance told me, that gap in funding has got to be filled.
