	Description:		For the past several weeks I've had the FN FNS 9mm Long Slide in for review. Ben and I spent some time with it on the range, just shooting for accuracy, and then this weekend we shot two matches, and we took turns shooting it at each match. Saturday night I shot the FN FNS at the Shoot2Live IDPA match in Raleigh at PDHSC. On Sunday it was Ben's turn to shoot the FN FNS at the brand new Triad Tactical Training Center IDPA match just outside Asheboro, NC. My first impression of the FN FNS 9mm long slide was that it feels great in the hand. The grip is just the right size, and at a good angle. The checkering in the polymer is aggressive, but not so much that it tears up your hands. Near the top of the grip, the frame has a nicely done beavertail that isn't too big, but just enough to get the job done.
