	Description:		When we look through the books of the Bible that record the life and ministry of Jesus, we often find Him doing extraordinary things by means of a very ordinary activity – walking. Every time we turn around we discover Jesus walking from one place to another. As soon as He gets settled in one place, He is up and moving to another. Jesus would even say of Himself that He had no place to lay His head (Matthew 8:20). When Jesus walked, He spoke some of His most impactful words to the disciples, taught some of His most unforgettable stories to those around Him, and demonstrated some of His greatest acts of grace and compassion to those who were hurting. In this series, Jesus Walks, we want to unpack the idea that although He lived 2,000 years ago, Jesus hasn’t hung up His sandals. During a time where anything seems acceptable, in a world filled with uncertainty, and in a culture desperate for grace and compassion, Jesus still walks. He isn’t waiting for you to figure it all out. He isn’t messing with your emotions. He isn’t trying to play “hard to get.” He may very well be closer than you think and He is always on the move.
