Kris and I were browsing through the camping gear at a local Fleet and Farm store last week. We didn’t find what we were looking for, but we did find a $300 Yeti cooler on sale for $249. We didn’t buy it, but we sure looked it over. It’s tough and well insulated. We both knew this was the holy grail of ice chests. We could also understand why an avid outdoors man would make the natural progression from the typical Coleman or Igloo to the Yeti. It would be a natural upgrade.
