It was pretty quiet and lathargic I might add. However, much was running through my head. Something that was dangling, I wanted so badly to let go and realized for a moment when however hard I tried, the thoughts kept coming...I had to keep it real with myself - I have not let this go! Therefore, I must consciously make an effort to let it go - OUCH! PLEASE DON'T GO...my subconscious was screaming - PLEASE DON'T. So...rather to fight back and forth in my head...I did what I coach you to do. I put out to the Universe, "What am I to experience now?" Shortly after a few tears and acceptance, some great and profound wisdom poured out of me. Today...I'm going to share it with you and I hope you hear me loud and clear.
