Every few months a new trend in fitness emerges. From new diets to new supplements to new techniques. There’s always something that’s claiming to make you a better athlete, but in reality a lot of those claims are false.
In this week’s episode we’re taking a look at a trend that became popular a while back — simulating high altitude training. In particular we are going to take a look at the claims of the Elevation Training Mask and see if it is able to stand behind the claims that it makes. As you can tell from reading the title, there’s no surprise in where I am headed with this.
