Hellllo! Happy Sunday. In this episode I am speaking about something I have been working on within myself & clients this past few months - catching ourselves everytime we are trying to play by the rules of Capalism/Patriarchy/awful structures, and actively releasing our nervous system attunement from doing so.
Thus, to take away the power from the system, from within. Because we have ALL the power to do that.
