Three weeks ago, pretty much nobody knew about the share price of the US gaming retailer GameStop.
Now, it's making global headlines.
Thanks to a ragtag army of investors from a Reddit forum called r/WallStreetBets, GameStop's share price has risen 1,400% since the start of last month, stunning hedge funds and leaving them billions of dollars worse off.
So if a group of amateurs can bring some of the world's richest people to the brink of bankruptcy, what else could they do?
