	Description:		When the Whitlam Government set up the Family Court of Australia, plenty of experts said it was the global gold standard. But 35 years on, the Federal Government says the Court is beset by red tape and delay. A bill to merge it with the Federal Circuit Court to try to fix those problems is slowly working its way through Parliament.
