The website's strained to the point of collapse and the phone line's even busier than usual. The Government's been ramping up its capacity to deal with the unprecedented influx of jobseekers, but it hasn't been enough. Today, we hear from the people trying desperately to reach the front of that queue, as a matter of survival.
