The deaths of 157 people in a plane crash in Ethiopia this week has the world asking some tough questions about how safe it is to fly.
It's not the first time there's been a problem with this type of plane, and in response to the disaster, more than a dozen airlines have grounded a new version of Boeing's most popular aircraft.

Was it a manufacturing problem? Or pilot training? Or something else altogether?
And what should you be looking out for the next time you're trying to book cheap flights overseas?
