	Description:		More armed groups have emerged in the last 6 years than in the last 6 decades, according to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). That trend has come with an increase in brutality, such as attacks on civilian healthcare workers, as well as the massacre of women and children. The ICRC is one the main NGOs trying to spends a lot of energy in approaching these groups and trying to talk them into being less brutal. They have an entire unit set up in Bangkok, which develops VR and video games, some of which are meant to help do that job. So is it reasonable to expect a video game to teach a fighter in South Sudan to exercise restraint on the battlefield?
