Welcome to the podcast. I’m your host Cody Rich and this is The Rich Outdoors Podcast, which is mainly about hunting but we tend to bounce around quite a bit. The podcast is about things I’m curious about or things I’m interested in and honestly, I think what makes a great podcast is genuine intrigue. Today is no exception I’m sure you all know Ryan and Dr. Hillary Lampers of Hunt Harvest Health. Ryan is truly a guy I look up to in hunting and both him and his wife are awesome people, and so so knowledgeable. Kelsey and I had them over for dinner while they were visiting here in Bozeman to talk about all kinds of things, but a lot about nutrition, gardening and what Ryan calls the other side of the plate. Ryan and Hilary are amazing gardeners and on top of putting tons of meat away every year, they harvest, can, and powder virtually all of their food.
Hillary also happens to be a Naturopathic Doctor, so a few weeks ago we went ahead and had blood work drawn up to also go over and evaluate to really show and discuss specifics about eating habits, and how they affect our bodies. I can’t thank the Lampers enough for jumping on with Kelsey and me and be sure to go check out they’re podcast Hunt Harvest Health. Be sure to hit subscribe and also go check out their book on gardening.

On X is blowing up lately and with good reason.
