	Description:		@CSHAW4 -- LINKEDIN -- Been helping companies acquire top talent in the Bay Area since 1997. Began on the agency side, founded an engineering recruiting agency and proceeded to work in-house for Riverbed, Google and Twitter. Next was an a16z start-up called Illumio where I was the first recruiter in the door and built their recruiting program from the ground up. I'm now building Meteor as we experience exponential growth in our web development platform. Expertise: Recruiting team building, training and mentoring as well as the ability to roll up my sleeves and be hands on with sourcing and recruiting. Recruiting verticals: Engineering/executive sourcing/recruiting, International & non-engineering sourcing/recruiting and university recruiting. Each of these verticals I have been hands on, as well as built and managed pipelines from the ground up.
