Description: Hallo peeps! Typically I would be plotting the newest episode for TRC, but there will be a delay because...holiday Monday. Happy Victoria Day to my Canadian listeners! So instead of waiting an entire four weeks for the next show, we will do a special airing of The Rainbow Connection on Monday, May 30th! Our topic this week will be submission and mental health; when we engage in play and power exchange, it can be intense and affect us emotionally and spiritually, never mind the pretty bruises! If you have a mental illness, these effects can have negative consequences if we don't strive to maintain a healthy balance and also get to know what each of us needs as an individual after play. Joining me on the 30th is SpecialLibrarian, a fellow sub and rope enthusiast! I'm very excited to have her on the show and hear what she has to say! If we all talk openly about mental illness, we can help end the stigma!
