	Description:		Last week justice Anthony Besanko found in favour of three newspapers when he decided that claims they made about former SAS soldier Ben Roberts-Smith being a war criminal, were mostly true. So now that a judge in a civil trial has found that to be true, could this lead to a criminal conviction too?
