I have brought Jessie Ereddia on the show to discuss mom rage. I've shared bits of my post-partum story and am excited to dive in a bit more with Jessie. Angry mom turned empowered mom, Jessie Ereddia is a Certified Anger Management Coach who helps moms manage their anger and change their motherhood experience. Since 2017, she has been the host of the Mom Empowered Podcast, where she often shares her own journey of navigating postpartum rage, learning to manage her anger and anxiety, and her unique process for equipping moms to do the same. Jessie and her husband Grant are in the thick of parenthood with their three young daughters and reside in Atlanta, GA.
