It’s been a tough few weeks in all honesty. Today’s share is a reflection on dealing with some of the growing pains that can come as we scale up our property business and spread our wings further afield. I also remind myself as much as anyone else to just stop and take stop of what I am doing at times as well. I usually review my goals and progress quarterly, however, this year has simply snowballed along and I have hardly had the chance to come up for air and work on the business instead of in it. Fortunately, there is some light at the end of the tunnel, as I have just hired a couple of people to help with the workload…but if you have not had a breather for a little while, then now might be a good moment to just stop and think for a day or two to ask yourself: well, how did I get here…where am I going…and more to the point…am I heading in the right direction..?

Hello, and welcome to another episode of The Property Voice podcast. My name is Richard Brown and as always, it’s a pleasure to have you join me on the show again today.
