This week on The Profile, Justin Brierley meets two leaders both involved in multicultural ministry. Malcolm Patten is a Baptist minister in Walthamstow, London. His doctoral thesis was on multicultural ministry and his latest book is Leading a Multicultural Church (SPCK). In the second part of today's show, Justin interviews Israel Olofinjana - a Baptist minister from Nigeria and a black minister to a predominantly white congregation.
