KEY IDEAS:  Today's interview was really fun to do for a number of reasons.  To begin, this farmer discovered a business and niche while in the FFA and trying to figure out a supervised agricultural experience.  A number of circumstances came up as he was moving forward with a direct sales of chicken business to make it clear to him that he had a viable business opportunity.  He has taken the ball and run with it from there, now selling value added products from his own chickens on his own website. Today Bill Brown III is raising 4500 broilers, 850 turkeys and 250 layers per season.  He has developed enough revenue that he can sustain himself through the off-season in winter.  He is being recognized for what he is doing, and the sky is the limit! ADVICE FROM BILL: CHANGE: Change is inevitable, so prepare for it and be ready to pivot with the changing environment. ADAPT: As conditions continue to be fluid, make sure you are ready to adapt to those changes. POSITIVE: Maintain a positive attitude no matter what you are doing.  Getting angry and being negative is not productive and serves nobody well. BEST BUSINESS ADVICE BILL HAS RECEIVED: ADAPT: Bill reiterated that he learned to adapt to changing conditions while he was in the FFA.  He considers this very important advice.
