This all came on top of me being sick and down on the couch whenever possible. It is amazing how when you work in agriculture just one small decision can lead to a catastrophe that will derail all of your plans. So much of it comes from the unpredictability of working with livestock and mother nature. We drive in areas and on “roads” that are not designed by engineers or reinforced to handle heavy weight under certain climactic conditions. We also have a “never give up” and “we can do it” attitude. But, this means that we push ourselves to the limits. We are not the people who stay comfortably within parameters that have been determined by other people.
