SHOW NOTES
KEY IDEAS:
I will tell you what I love about hosting this podcast – you just never know what you are going to get. Just like Forrest Gump and the proverbial box of chocolates, it is a surprise every time you reach your hand in there.
Just to let you know how the process works here, my assistant Rebecca helps me locate guests for our Friday episodes. Then she contact them, tries to convince them that this is not a scam and gets them booked for an interview. So, when it was time for me to interview today’s guest, all I knew was that his name was Bruce Martin and he had a small tractor business.
However, when I delved into the interview with Bruce, I found a lot more than just the business. I found a gentleman who had survived pancreatic cancer and was looking forward to getting back to what he loved full-time: operating equipment. I found a gentleman who enjoys equipment so much that he was writing, and almost done with, a children’s book about the very same topic. What a fascinating person to be able to connect with by doing this show!
