There has been nothing more important or exciting to me in my entrepreneurial journey than developing my supporting cast.  Whether it is in a restaurant, coffee shop, on the telephone or on an online meeting I am developing relationships with people in my business on a weekly basis.  

No matter where you go to learn about developing a business or being successful you will hear about creating a network of people who can mentor you, refer you to other people, work for you or potentially hire you.  This is very important, but how do you actually do this?

In today’s episode we talk all about how you build this network from identifying who to choose as your primary mentor, to how to get connected with other potential mentors and most importantly – how to develop a relationship and not a situation where you are asking without giving.
