After some technical difficulties with my new digital recorder I finally got some audio I was able to use for the podcast.

I talk primarily about forming a habit in 21 days and how I think that works for me and could work for others.

I also talk a little about my first interval workout for this current training plan and I mention poop a little too much in this episode. (Or maybe not enough.)
