Our anger has many sources. Trauma, grief, frustration, and shame can all slowly reshape themselves into anger. When unresolved, these complex emotions can become stuck in our minds and bodies, leaving us feeling bitter, ungrateful, unhappy, and sick.
In today's meditation, we address and resolve our anger. Using a timed breathing technique, we shake loose emotions that have become stuck in our bodies, creating space for more useful, creative energy.
Please note: while it is important in this meditation to acknowledge whatever we are feeling, it is not necessary to relive or detail any experience.
