Who would have thought a couple nutters talking their training and running of long miles people would be interested in?  Well, we’re here to continue bringing you the best of UK long running, mostly our own personal experiences in fell running, trail running, ultramarathon running all around this great country.

Israel Run's the Centurion Running South Downs Way 100 Mile. His experience, race preparation, race execution, food, fruit, aid stations, falling asleep, the highs, the lows (not many, hardly any). Mental sharpness.

Hadrian's Wall. Ultra-touring. Fastpacking? Getting from point to point. Enjoying the scenery, no pressure, covering distance. Getting train, bus, car and run home, run across a country, run to the sea, run a National Trail, have fun at it. Ultra style, multi-day.
