Emily podcasts live from the Joust 24 hour race, hear her amazing experience in Episode 15. This is our entertaining episode, it's all about the sounds and experiences out running. Plus, Emily wins the race!! Israel and Emily eventually talk for a few minutes about the Leadville 100, race chasing and seeing the leaders (and also the overcrowding of the race) running at altitude. They discus some training, new job(s) and having you (runners) submit us your audio, interviews, race day experiences so we can put it on the Long Run Podcast.  Israel interviews a Leadville 100 mile finisher Edward Brown who accomplished his goal of finishing under 25 hours.

Israel is off to race the infamous Tor des Geants race in Italy September 9-15, a 200 mile non-stop 7 day race, 24,000m gain, or 78,000ft vertical ascent. He's hoping to be one of the few to finish. If not... well,
