Doc, the last time we had you on we spoke about someone who was really struggling to lose weight and they were feeling really demoralised. We’ve got the opposite end of the scale today and the question comes in from Mike.
Mike’s lost a total of 27kg, so that’s pretty much close to 50 pounds in nine months on the low carb healthy fat diet. He’s down to about 180 pounds (about 80kg). He says he doesn’t want to lose any more weight and he’s heard that he should increase his carb intake to about 100-120g of carbohydrates per day. His question is this, can he introduce potatoes to his diet or are those a complete no-no? Read more |
