Today's question comes through from Sonja, and it has to do with portion control and not overeating. Those are two vital issues to consider when you are trying to lose weight on the LCHF or Banting Diet. Sonja submitted her question online and she says that she is struggling to get her portion size right on a low carb healthy fat diet. She eats in the morning, she generally skips lunch and then eats dinner. She doesn't really snack between meals. She feels like she is not eating enough. She is losing weight. Is that the right way to approach this thing? |
