Californians could see a new monthly fee on their electricity bills under a new proposal from state regulators. The Murrieta Valley Board of Education voted to keep a policy to notify parents when their children change their gender identity despite a ban by the California Department of Education. A planned Metro line through Southeast L.A. County is one step closer to becoming a reality.
