In light of the extraordinary fires causing catastrophic impact upon communities in the Los Angeles area, this segment of the Exchange hears from the City of Ashland's Emergency Management Coordinator, Kelly Burns about how cities plan to safely evacuate residents and execute the plan during an emergency.
